Zen Zone: Junior/Cadette
Time for relaxation in the Zen Zone! Spend the week exploring mental wellness through activities like yoga, meditation, and self-care activities designed to help them relax, recharge, and find balance. Campers will enjoy mindfulness exercises, creative reflection projects, and peaceful moments to connect with themselves and others. This camp is the perfect place for girls to unwind, build inner confidence, and discover the power of taking care of their mind and body!
