We're hitting the road! This year, we're taking our Mental Wellness Patch Program on tour to meet Girl Scouts where they are - making it easier than ever to participate in this meaningful and empowering experience. Traveling Wellness Day is all about rest, relaxation, and learning how to take care of your whole self - mind, body, and spirit. At each stop, we'll partner with local organizations and wellness practitioners to bring girls a full morning of hands-on, feel-good activities designed to promote mental health and emotional well-being. Whether you're learning new coping strategies, trying yoga for the first time, relaxing during a sound bath, or connecting with new friends in your community - you'll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and just a little lighter. We also hope to spotlight and support local businesses that are doing great work in the wellness space. Think: movement studios, therapy dogs, art therapy, mindfulness crafts, and more!
Please note: This is not a drop-off event. Troops should plan to have enough adults to meet the girl-to-adult ratio outlined in the program guide, and any individual girl must have a registered adult on-site. All girl and adult attendees must be current members of Girl Scouts. To ensure the safety of all Girl Scouts, adults attending events must have a current Girl Scout membership and background check on file. If you need to register an additional adult or have any questions about your membership status or background check, contact gshelper@comgirlscouts.org
