Camp Like a Pro
Get ready for adventure in the great outdoors! In this session, campers will learn the basics of rustic camping, including setting up tents, building campfires, and cooking meals over an open flame. They'll explore nature through hiking, wildlife observation, and outdoor games, all while developing essential survival skills like knot tying and using a compass.
CSI: Camp Sleuth Investigators
Bring your magnifying glass and a sense of adventure for this exciting, action-packed week where campers step into the role of detectives! Girls will work in teams to solve clues, crack codes, and unravel mysteries in thrilling escape room challenges. They'll use their problem-solving skills to decode riddles, follow hidden clues, and complete tasks to unlock secrets. This camp encourages teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity, perfect for Junior Girl Scouts who love puzzles, mysteries, and the thrill of a good detective story!
Into the Wild
This one is for Girl Scouts ready to fully embrace the
great outdoors! Campers will learn essential outdoor skills like
shelter building and fire-starting. They'll work together to plan and
go on a rustic campout, practice outdoor skills, and gain
confidence in their abilities. In addition they'll spend extra time at
the Adventure Tower, testing their courage and teamwork. This
camp is perfect for girls who love adventure, want to build
selfreliance, and are eager to master outdoor skills.
Break a Leg
Get ready to share your talents for the stage and screen! Whether
you thrive in front of an audience or behind the scenes, this session
is an exciting, creative experience that lets campers explore
the world of performance and storytelling! Girls will dive
into
the fundamentals of theater, from acting and improvisation to writing
their own plays and scenes. They'll practice quick-thinking improv
games, develop characters, and work together to create and
perform original short plays. Perfect for girls who love
drama, storytelling, and the thrill of the stage!
Treasured Traditions
This session is a nostalgic journey back in time to explore the rich history of Girl Scouting! Campers will dive into classic traditions, completing steps from retro badges and participating in activities that were popular in past decades. From learning traditional camping skills and outdoor games to crafting pioneer-inspired projects and cooking vintage recipes, girls will discover the roots of Girl Scout fun. This camp celebrates the values of teamwork, leadership, and community while connecting today's Girl Scouts to the past. Perfect for girls who love history, tradition, and learning timeless skills!
