Teen Leadership Circle | Our Vision is CLEAR.

The GSCV Teen Leadership Circle (TLC) is a diverse, teen-led group of Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts representing girls from across the Council. TLC gives older Girl Scouts a meaningful seat at the table to help shape the future of Girl Scouting at GSCV.

This Year, We’re Getting CLEAR.

As a TLC member, you’ll have opportunities to:

C — Collaborate
Work alongside Girl Scouts, GSCV staff, and community partners to turn ideas into action.

L — Lead
Take the lead on Council-wide initiatives, service projects, and experiences for Older Girls.

E — Empower
Use your voice, talents, and experiences to encourage and uplift other Girl Scouts.

A — Advocate
Speak up, share your ideas, and help shape the future of Girl Scouting at GSCV.

R — Reach
Expand your impact by creating opportunities that connect girls with their communities and the world around them.

Who Can Join?

TLC is open to Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts who are ready to use their voice, contribute ideas, and take an active role in shaping the Girl Scout experience across GSCV.

Interested girls must apply and be accepted.

Ready to Make Your Mark?

If you’re ready to collaborate, lead, empower, advocate and reach, TLC is ready for you!
