Adventure Tower
Pamunkey Ridge Girl Scout Camp is home to the new Adventure Tower built in 2022.
Designed for Junior Girl Scouts and up, led by trained professionals this tower gives girls an opportunity to test their strength and endurance while taking on exciting new challenges! For climbing, the tower features three climbing walls, 24, 32, and 40 feet tall, designed to range in difficulty as participants improve their climbing skills. The tower is also home to a 260 ft zipline, and Cadettes and older can try their hand at 6 unique high ropes elements on our adventure course. In addition to the physical skills they learn, Girls gain confidence participating in these activities – a tool important to developing a strong sense of self, and a stepping stone to becoming a challenge seeker.
