Honoring Excellence in Girl Leadership

In support of the Girl Scout Mission, Commonwealth is pleased to announce a recognition program event that honors and recognizes Girl Scouts who have reached the pinnacle in leadership excellence.  The recipients of the Girl Scout Gold Award, Teen Girls of Distinction Scholarship Program and the Girl Scout Leadership Scholarship are presented in a grand recognition program event.  This occasion takes place in May at the University of Richmond. The joint recognition event  allows a presentation to the community of the impact Girl Scouting has on girls’ lives through their achievements in leadership development, community service and academics
