Since 1913, GSCCV has served as a solid link for girls around the world. It allows alumnae to remain involved with the council whenever they choose, whether they go with a troop, and even "down under” out to camp. Today, the Girl Scout Organization continues to grow and develop to reflect the needs and diversity of its members
